Out in the fields along the way, the first zombie is spotted at this abandoned scout camp.

More zombies were found in this town, of course no match for Sgt Buzz and his gang!

Around the final turn by the end of the airstrip, the train passes this cool set where some rather *ahem* explosive effects took place, along with a number of zombies which attempted to attack the train.

As usual, the Zombiewood Express, led by Nick Norton as Sgt Buzz, was a very entertaining show, with great sets, pop culture digs, and good music. Norton does an outstanding job interacting with the crowd, and delivers one of the most unique Halloween attractions in the world. It's no wonder that people travel from across the country to experience this one-of-a-kind show.

Moving on to the scare zones and other decorations around the park. These photo ops were moved to the new area across from Thunder Canyon.

On the lawn in front of Thunder Canyon, spider webs covered every square inch. This was the area leading up to the Scarywood Nest, one of our favorite scare zones in the park.

Webs literally covered everything!

The nest itself looked great as usual, and seemed a lot longer this year.

The Crime Scene scarezone which used to be located here by the entrance to Tremors, was relocated over by the Log Flume area. In its place was the Crypts, which wasn't quite as elaborate.

A few anamatronics and other props were set up throughout.
