Well folks, it's that time of year again! Hard to beleive that Scarywood is in its sixth incarnation this year. 2014 had a lot of similar attractions and themes as last year, which had us wondering how it would measure up. So let's get to it!

We'll start off with the scare zones and park decor. In the entry plaza, this very tall creature was entertaining and spooking guests as we waited for the gates to open. He was pretty dang talented, able to run and jump on stilts with ease. Very impressive!

The sweet shop was decorated with the usual coverings of spider webs and such.

First up - Clown Town - back for its fifth straight year. As usual, this one was very visually impressive, with fog and lighting effects that often left us staggaring around trying to find our direction.

A new prop for this year - this "Clown Car" would light up every few minutes with horrific sounds and screams.

As usual, many guests had difficulty braving their way through these hanging clowns, which would spring into action without warning! Watch out for scareactors posing as dummy clowns through here!

Next up, let's head over to Scarecrow Alley. Normally, the Roller Coaster Alley section is relatively devoid of many decorations or scares. This year was compeltely different. The entire pathway was lined with props, scarecrows, corn stalks, and more.

Moving on - here is the Scarywood Nest. Last year, this merely consisted of a short tunnel of webs between the entrance of Terror Canyon and the entrance of 3Dementia. This year, it seems the spiders have spread and are taking over the entire area! It's a little dark in this image, but this is the lawn in front of Thunder Canyone, completely covered in webs.

This gives a little more clear image of one of the eight-legged giants.
